Dendera Academy™ Refund, Digital Product & Membership Policy
Digital Products
All Dendera Academy™ products are digital unless expressly stated otherwise. Because digital products can be downloaded, accessed, or copied immediately after purchase, digital product purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access has been provided.
If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading a purchased product, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to restore your download access, provide a replacement download link, or deliver the purchased file by email.
If a technical problem on our end prevents us from providing the digital product you purchased and we are unable to correct the issue, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Duplicate charges, billing errors, and other situations requiring a refund under applicable law will be reviewed and corrected when appropriate.
Memberships & Subscriptions
Dendera Academy™ memberships may be offered on monthly or annual subscription plans. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Memberships automatically renew at the applicable billing interval unless canceled before the next renewal date.
Members may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. When a membership is canceled after a payment has already been processed, that payment is generally non-refundable, and access will remain available through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Canceling a membership does not retroactively refund membership time or digital content that has already been provided or made available.
Where required by applicable law, Dendera Academy™ will provide renewal notices, cancellation rights, refunds, or other consumer protections required in the customer’s jurisdiction.
Physical Returns
Dendera Academy™ currently sells digital products and services only. We do not currently sell or ship physical products, so there are no physical returns or return-shipping procedures.
